Software delivery you can watch.

We are an AI-native development shop. We agree the scope before any code is written, then you follow every requirement to done on a dashboard that stays open to you.

Most projects go quiet after the kickoff

You get a deck, a weekly call, and the sense that things are probably fine. When you ask where something stands, someone has to go and find out. We think you should be able to just look.

So every engagement here is fixed scope. The requirements are settled before we start, and each one carries its own state as we build: scoped, in progress, delivered. Nothing to chase, and no status call to sit through.

How an engagement works

  1. Describe it

A guided session turns what you have in mind into a written brief. You read it back and change anything we got wrong.

  2. Fix the scope

The brief becomes a numbered set of requirements, and that list is the engagement. It does not grow without you.

  3. Watch delivery

Each requirement shows where it stands, updated as the work lands. You never have to ask how it is going.

It starts with a brief

Tell us what you are trying to build. The brief builder turns that conversation into a structured, reviewable document — and if it is a fit, that document is the scope we agree on.
